Established for 8 years, DriverPlan insurance policies cover the cost of the most convenient methods of transport for clients, even having a full-time driver for up to 12 months. This means clients can stay fully mobile in both their business and private lives with no waiting around for public transport.
Policies cover individuals and most types of businesses with a range of products to suit all budgets – but even the most expensive of them is less than the price of a high street cup of coffee per day!
What Do DriverPlan Licensees Do?
After initial training, licensees will build a portfolio of clients by visiting people and businesses in their local area as well as developing a network of people who can introduce business to them.
To succeed in this business you will ideally need to have direct selling skills as this is a direct selling business. In addition, you should be a self-starter and good networker; have management experience; be good at communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure; and willing to follow a ‘system’ set out by DriverPlan.
The Business Package
You will not be given a defined territory. A licensee is free to do business anywhere in the UK as we do not want to place any restrictions on any pro-active licensees who want to build a profitable business for themselves.
The Initial DriverPlan licence fee is only £4,950 + VAT
For that you will receive:
- Initial training
- The right to trade under the name of DriverPlan
- Initial stock of business cards and marketing materials
- Operations Manual
- Launch package worth £1,000
- Compliance
- On-going support particularly in the early days either by telephone or face-to-face
Licensees will initially work from home to keep costs as low as possible, so will need to make allowance for office equipment – laptop, printer/fax/scanner, desk, chair, filing cabinet, phone etc. You will also need a car and adequate working capital to cover your expenses for the first few months as the business develops.
As the business grows you might need to expand into larger premises and take on staff.
Potential Earnings
Potential earnings are excellent. You earn commission on initial policy sales and the opportunity to earn commission on all corporate renewals. In your first year you could be earning £50,000 and after 3 years, depending on your efforts, in excess of £100,000.
