1. Café outlets provide the space for customers to sit and relax in comfortable surroundings, or just collect and take out food and coffee. This type of unit is self-contained, varying in size from 800 to 2000 sq ft and is suitable for high streets, busy commercial locations or shopping centres.

2. Express outlets provide customers with a drink and food menu that is fast and efficient for takeaway. A typical size is 300 sq ft and is suitable for food courts, leisure venues, stations, airports, in fact any location that has potential for high takeaway trade.

3. Kiosk units are designed specifically for sites where space is at a premium, or as an addition to an existing business. Although this concept is more drinks led, it still offers great food items. The space requirement can be as little as 150sq ft.
