Your Role

Using our proven business model and our unique search methodologies, you will learn how to become business partners with your clients on a global basis. Not only will you place high-calibre employees with these clients, you will also provide a multi-suite of professional management services all delivered from within the CNA organisation.

A Growth Business

Most companies have preferred supplier lists in order to save money. Recruiters find it difficult to get on these lists, especially with the larger companies. If a recruiting company can deliver additional services, then it is easier to become a preferred supplier. We work in small teams to leverage our total resources to produce additional revenue streams for everyone. Conventional recruitment companies do not have this capability. These additional services enable CNA franchisees to develop unusually strong relationships with their clients and, at the same time, build a solid and profitable recession-resistant business.

No Experience Required - Start from Home

We have modern and comprehensive training programmes that teach you the strategies of building a business around a proven business model. This training and support is ongoing and is customised to suit the franchisee and the consultants you will hire as you expand your business. Initially we may allow a franchisee to work from home before moving into an office.

The Business

Our franchisees are all ages, men and women from diverse backgrounds. Their job is to assess their clients' business needs using our unique CABS™ approach. A Major Accounts Team is in place to work with you to win and close business. As part of your client service offering, you have a consultancy capability of more than 30 different skill sets and you can also supply interim executives to handle special projects. Additionally, your services include: benchmarking, psychometric assessment, outplacement, skills leaseback and HR outsourcing. Furthermore, you will join one of our industry-based project teams who help you to penetrate companies and develop your client base. All of this is accomplished within a unique culture of cooperation.
