Carewatch Care Services is a management franchise running a specialised recruitment business, providing personal and care services to a wide range of people. The service covers public and private sectors and covers care for different client groups including older people, the disabled, infirm and terminally ill.
An eight-day residential training course is held in Brighton for new franchisees, followed by two days of individual software training in each new franchisee office.
Training courses are also included in the franchise start-up for the initial key members of staff: Care Manager, Care Co-ordinator and Field Care Supervisor.
Additional training courses are held regularly for franchisees and their staff, including business development, business management, and specific care training.
There are six Regional Development Managers covering Scotland, North East & West England, Central England, East Anglia, South West and South East and London, each working with 20-25 franchised offices.
In addition to the support provided on a day-to-day basis by the Regional Development Managers, franchisees are welcome to seek assistance from the Head Office Support Team including the Managing Director, Mike Horgan or Operations Director, Christine Matthews.
